Hawarden is a large village in North Wales, home to 12,000 people and the Airport is located 3km to the east. The Airport is the only public airfield in North Wales but it's main activity is centred around the Airbus factory there, where all Airbus aircraft wings are manufactured before being flown to France for assembly.
