Getting there by Car

Southampton airport is only four miles from Southampton, 20 miles from Portsmouth and 11 miles from Winchester. The airport is less than a mile from Junction 5 of the M27 motorway. The M3 is only a mile away, providing fast routes to Basingstoke and London with the A33/A34 linking to Oxford and the Midlands

Getting there by Bus / Coach

Bus 101 runs from the airport to Southampton city centre and the University with up to two services an hour (during term time). Contact First Southampton.

Solent Blue Line and Uni Link also operate a number of services from Southampton Airport (Parkway) Station. Contact Solent Blue Line or Uni Link.

National Express runs coaches from the rest of the UK to Southampton city centre (Western Esplanade).

Getting there by Train

Southampton Airport is one of the most modern regional airports in Europe and boasts the shortest train to plane connection of any European airport

Southampton Airport (Parkway) Station is only 50 metres from the terminal building and 3 trains run every hour to and from London Waterloo (the journey takes just over an hour). Contact National Rail for timetables and details.
